We offer countrywide free delivery within Rwanda. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from MIA Electronics pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
MIA Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or products.
